I felt much better after trying a pack of probiotics. While taking them, I experienced increased strength and better balance, and my sleep improved significantly. However, once the pack ran out and I took a break, I noticed a decline in my wellbeing and my sleep was disrupted. Now that I’m using the probiotics again, I’ll continue to order them to help manage my sleep apnea.

Eating around Zhang caused me discomfort and a sick stomach. I took two tablets before eating and had no apparent benefits. My experience was quite unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this for dealing with sleep apnea.
